AI Agents

Example run: the agent works through the steps, and a person decides the exceptions

AI agents that do the work. You approve it.

An agent takes a task with several steps, works through your tools to complete it and checks with a person before anything important happens. We build agents for the work that eats your team's week, and we stay to keep them reliable.

From a single agent that handles one job to a small team of agents that pass work between them.

What we build

Task agents

One agent, one job done end to end: chasing invoices, preparing reports, updating records or researching leads.

Agent teams

For longer work, one agent plans, others do the steps and another checks the result before it goes anywhere.

Connected to your tools

Agents work inside the systems you already use, such as your CRM, inbox, help desk, spreadsheets and databases, with only the access they need.

People in the loop

You decide which actions an agent can take alone and which wait for approval. Every step is logged.

Tested before it runs alone

We test each agent on real past tasks and measure how often it gets them right before it goes live.

Work that agents handle well

  • Finance. Chasing overdue invoices, matching payments and preparing month-end summaries.
  • Sales. Researching leads, filling in CRM records and drafting tailored follow-ups.
  • Operations. Processing orders, updating stock, scheduling jobs and keeping customers informed.
  • Support. Looking up orders, issuing standard refunds, updating tickets and escalating the rest.
  • Research. Gathering sources, pulling out the facts and assembling a first draft for review.

How an agent project runs

We start with one real workflow and widen it only once it's proven.

  1. Map the task. We walk through the work step by step and mark where a person must stay involved.
  2. Pilot one workflow. A fixed-price pilot on a single real process, with a clear measure of success.
  3. Test on real cases. We run the agent on past tasks, fix what it gets wrong and measure how often it's right.
  4. Launch and watch. It goes live with logs and alerts, and we tune it as your work changes.

Not every job needs an agent. If the work follows fixed rules, plain automation is cheaper and more predictable, and we'll build that instead.

Questions, answered

Anything else? Ask us directly. We reply to every message personally.

What's the difference between an agent and a chatbot?

A chatbot answers questions in a conversation. An agent carries out a task: it takes steps, uses your tools and produces a result. Many systems use both, with a chatbot talking to people and agents doing the work behind it.

Can an agent make mistakes?

Yes, which is why we test every agent on real past tasks before launch, keep a person approving important actions and log each step, so mistakes are easy to spot and fix.

What can an agent access?

Only what you allow. Each agent gets the least access it needs, and actions such as paying money or emailing customers can be set to wait for approval.

Which tools can it work with?

Most tools that have an API or can export data, including common CRMs, help desks, accounting tools, email and spreadsheets. We'll check your setup on the first call.

How much does an agent cost?

It depends on how many steps and systems are involved. We start with a fixed-price pilot on one workflow, so you know the cost before work begins.

Who looks after it once it's live?

We can run and monitor it for you, or hand it over with documentation and training so your team can.

Work with us

Let's build something that actually works.

Say hello

Tell us what you want AI to do.

Someone senior reads every message and replies personally. Short notes are fine; we'll ask the right questions on the call.

What happens next

  1. Someone senior reads your message.
  2. We set up a short call to understand the problem.
  3. You get a written pilot scope, with the price agreed before any work starts.

Where would you like to start?

We only use your details to reply to you. No newsletters, no sharing.
