From idea to a product people actually use.
We design, build and keep improving web and mobile products: customer apps, internal tools and the platforms behind them. Strategy, design and engineering sit in one small senior team, and AI goes in where it makes the product better for your users.
A product mindset, not a project mindset: we stay until it works for your users.
What we build
Strategy and roadmap
We work out who the product is for, what problem it solves and what to build first, then turn that into a roadmap you can fund.
Experience design
Human-centred design, tested with real users before engineering starts, with accessible, inclusive screens from day one.
Product engineering
Web and mobile apps built in short cycles with automated tests, so every week ends with working software you can try.
Platforms and data
Modernising older systems and building cloud platforms that scale, with the data underneath that lets a product personalise and predict.
AI inside the product
Search, recommendations, assistants and automation built into the product, trained on your data and checked before release.
What clients bring us
- Customer-facing apps. A portal, booking flow or mobile app your customers will actually come back to.
- Internal tools. Replace spreadsheets and email chains with a tool built around how your team really works.
- Older systems to modernise. Rebuild an ageing system piece by piece, without a risky overnight switch.
- An AI feature for a product you already run. Add search, recommendations or an assistant without starting again.
- A first version to test the market. A focused first release to learn from real users before you invest further.
How it works
Validate, build, then keep improving.
- Validate. We confirm it's the right thing to build: the users, the problem and the smallest version worth launching.
- Design. Clickable prototypes tested with real users, so we change course on paper rather than in code.
- Build. Short cycles with a working demo every week and automated tests from the start.
- Launch and improve. Release, measure how people use it and keep shipping improvements. You get the code, documentation and know-how.
If an off-the-shelf tool does the job, we'll tell you. Custom software only makes sense when it gives you something you can't buy.

Questions, answered
Anything else? Ask us directly. We reply to every message personally.
What kinds of products do you build?
Web apps, mobile apps, customer portals, internal tools and the platforms behind them. Many include AI features, but they don't have to.
Can you work with our existing team?
Yes. We can build alongside your engineers and designers, or take on the whole build and hand it over with documentation and training.
Who owns the code?
You do. Code, designs and documentation are handed over, so you can run and change the product without us.
How do you keep the build on track?
We agree the scope, the measure of success and the price up front, demo working software every week and raise risks as soon as we see them.
What happens after launch?
We can keep improving it with you, run it for you or hand it to your team. Most clients keep us for a few release cycles while usage grows.
What does it cost?
It depends on the scope. We start with a fixed-price first phase, often a tested prototype or first release, so you see real progress before committing to more.
Tell us what you want to build.
Someone senior reads every message and replies personally. Short notes are fine; we'll ask the right questions on the call.
