Do we need to know what we want before we talk to you?
No. Most businesses arrive with a hunch or a long list of ideas. Working out which one is worth doing is the point of this work.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size of your business and how many teams are involved. We agree the timeline and a fixed price for the work up front, so there are no surprises.
Will we just get a report?
No. You get a ranked plan and a scoped pilot with a fixed price. If you go ahead, the same people build it.
Do we have to use you to build it?
No. The plan is yours to keep and use however you like. If you carry on with us, the people who planned it are the people who build it.
What do you need from us?
